Contact our store via phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify your item's eligibility.

Pack Your Equipment

Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, blank warranty cards, and accessories, then secure it in a sturdy shipping box.

Ship to the Store

Clearly write your RMA number on the outer shipping carton and send the package via a trackable, insured carrier to our Miami showroom.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
